Mr. SV Ramachandra Rao is the Promoter and Managing Director of Resource Inputs Pvt Ltd. He holds Post Graduate degree from Andhra University in Social Work with specialisation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Law degree from Berhampur University and Post Graduate Diploma in Labour and Administrative Laws from Annamalai University. He has worked with major industries across Public and Private Sector Manufacturing, Banking, and Non-Banking Financial Industries across the country for over 25 years. Bharat Heavy Plates and Vessels Ltd., Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Shriram Refrigeration Industries Ltd, Corporation Bank, Hyderabad Allwyn, Bakelite Hylam Ltd, Andhra Cements, Pennar Group of Industries are some of the top names wherein he worked in key strategic roles.
He has been secretary for HRD Network Hyderabad Chapter and contributed to its growth. He is the Telangana state council member of CII and Member Industrial Relations Committee of FTCCI, and Vice-Chairman Employers Federation of Southern India AP&TS branch, Regional Board Member Employees Provident Fund Organization Telangana Region.
He has authorized many articles on productivity, Human resources, Labour Laws, innovative approaches in People Management and addressed conferences on various issues pertaining to people management.
